Haarlem Jamborette 2015

Download the Haarlem 2015 Reply Form and return your deposit to secure a place on next year’s trip.

Places will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

Young people who applied to attend the World Scout Jamboree 2015 and were unsuccessful have also been invited to secure a place now. No young people other than those on this list will be allowed to register before the 1st September.

Hard copy letters and an email copy for all Scout groups and Explorer units will be distributed to leaders by 1st September ready for the first meeting back after the holidays. Spaces will be issued on a first come, first served basis for young people and will require counter signature by the young person’s leader.

Calling adults interested in an unforgettable international adventure for the summer of 2015!

Adult registration to be part of the Hemel Hempstead District Contingent to Haarlem Jamborette is now open! 

We have reserved 85 spaces for Haarlem Jamborette 2015. The organisers of this event recommend a 1:6 adult to young person ratio. Therefore we are currently looking for 12 adults to lead and support the Hemel contingent.

We have set the adult fee for this event at £350. Places will be issued to adults on a first come, first served basis.

In order to secure a place please return the attached booking form with a £50 non refundable deposit (cheques payable to HHDS – International) to Helen Bassett, 110 Poynders Hill, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP2 4PN.

From July 26th till August 4th 2015 the recreational area in Spaarnwoude, between Haarlem and Amsterdam, will be transformed into an incredible international scouts camp, the Haarlem Jamborette. Every scout between 11 and 17 years old can participate with his scouts group for a camp you never forget!
