Lochearnhead 2010 - Price reduced, places still available
![]() Hertfordshire Scouts own a converted station at Lochearnhead in Scotland. In the heart of the highlands it is a great place to enjoy the outdoors and discover new adventures. Hemel Hempstead Scouts have a week long expedition in August 2010 and would love you to attend. So if you are a Scout aged 12 and over at the time of the trip, an Explorer Scout or Network member fill in the application form today. As the event is now drawing near we need to finalise numbers and start making preparations. I urge you to consider attendance as this will be the main Explorer activity of the year. I know a number of you are holding off waiting to see who else is attending why not become the trend setter and put your name down for the others to follow your lead. The cost of the Trip has been reduced to £245. What will we do when we get there? As we are only going for 1 week, it will be difficult to fit everything in that we traditionally do. Therefore we would like you to tell us which of the activities below you would like to take part in as a three day specialist activity. On the other days, we will timetable other adventurous activities, so that you get to try most other things going on. Please complete the attached form to indicate your preferences During the trip everyone will be required to help with duties including prepare meals, cleaning the Station, cleaning the toilets and washing facilities. These will be divided out between the participants. Click here to download the file.

All participants were of an excellent standard and a credit to their various Groups.
