Synchronising with your Google Calendar (requires a Google account)
1. Click the logo, this will take you to your Google account
2. You wil be presented with a list of calendars – click the “Add” button next to each one you want to subscribe to (ensure you subscribe to info@hemel-scouts.co.uk as this lists inter-section events such as the Beaver & Cub Funday).

Synchronising with Microsoft Outlook (requires a Google account)
1. Log in or create a Google Account and follow the steps above
2. Go to http://www.google.com/support/calendar/bin/answer.py?answer=89955
3. Follow the on-screen instructions
NB: You will only be able to synchronise “1 Way: Googe Calendar to Microsoft Outlook Calendar” as you are not one of the calendar administrators.

Synchronising with Microsoft Outlook via RSS Feed (DOES NOT require a Google account)

Synchronising with applications which use “iCal” format (e.g. Apple iCal, Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Exchange Server, Novell Groupwise, Windows Calendar, Windows Live Calendar, Facebook, Yahoo Calendar, Joomla and WordPress)

Viewing the Calendar in a web browser, or embedding in your Group website

You can embed Google Calendar in your website or blog. Use Google’s configuration tool to generate the HTML you need.
