Termly meeting for those involved in the organisation and support of Scout Groups to come together to share ideas, good practice and give input into what the District is doing to support Scout Groups in the district.
Anyone with a GSL, Assistant GSL, Group Admin, Group Chair, Deputy Group Chair or District team role is welcome to attend.
An opportunity to have a great night watching some spectacular fireworks and raise money for your group at the same time. The school kindly donate back a percentage of any ticket sales to the group who sell them.
Letters will be available in October.
A new challenge for Scouts – teams of 3-6 Scouts have 90 minutes to find as many of the checkpoints positioned in the woods using just a map and Compass. This competition is great practice for Green Beret!
Our annual swimming gala, consisting of age-appropriate individual and team races for each section plus a joint relay which contributes to the overall group trophy results. Teams should be accompanied by a ratio of 1 adult to 8 young people.
